The teaching methods that are written and provided by Ocarina Workshop are recommended in order to get the best value from your ocarinas, and allow your pupils succeed. Consider:

1. A CD-Rom installed on a lap-top or in a communal area. The minimal investment for one of these is rapidly recouped and the CD-Rom is available to use year after year. This resource is massive, providing hours of teaching ideas and interactive materials.

2. A Class Set of Play your Ocarina Book 1 to supplement use of the CD-Rom in lessons and allow children to play independent of the software, individually or in small groups.

3. One Book per Child so each child has music to take away in order to practise at home.

4. A Teaching Resources Pack with Flashcards and a Book 1 with CD. The Flashcards of all the scale of D major bring swift results and lead on to reading the ocarina finger-charts that appear in the Play your Ocarina books.
